Onur Yüksel, born in Istanbul in 1981, completed Marmara University’s School of Social Sciences Accounting Department in 2001 and graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2004. Later in 2008, he completed the Accounting Auditing Master’s Program offered by the Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences. He is currently continuing his Ph.D. in Accounting and Auditing at Bahçeşehir University Institute of Social Sciences. In 1995, he began his career In 2007, he joined the Çalık Group as an Internal Audit Specialist to be later promoted to the role of Internal Audit Chief in 2010. In 2011, he served as Gap Pazarlama Accounting Manager and later as Financial Affairs Manager. He has been working at Gap Pazarlama A.Ş. as a Financial Affairs Director since 2014. He has independent accountant and financial adviser, CRMA, Advanced CMB, Credit Rating, Corporate Governance Rating and Public Oversight Authority Independent Audit licenses.
Born in 1978 in Malatya, Önder Kantarcı graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 2002 and has been working at Çalık Holding since 2002. He has been working as Sales & Marketing Expert Assistant, Expert, Chief and Manager for the last 8 years in the Home Textile department respectively. Between the years 2003 and 2005, he was engaged in outsource production (curtain, towel and bed sheet), R&D and marketing activities for the Russian market in Turkey. He worked in the setup of SAP Sales and Marketing Modules of our company and gave the training called "Making a Difference" in the context of an in-company training project. Within the scope of Towards Better Cotton (TBC), he has been involved in the control and development of cotton fields in Turkmenistan along with our client IKEA. Between the years 2010 and 2015, he took an active role in the establishment of outsource production organizations in China, Pakistan and Turkmenistan, and managed the sales and marketing of all these processes. He is currently managing the creation of Cotton Crown, Vanessi and Violetta brands and alternative market development activities. He also conducts the 6 sigma project called 'information management through communication'.
Born in Konya in 1972, Yenitürk graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Management Engineering in 1995. In 1996, he started to work as Vice Factory Manager in Edirne Park Textile Apparel Factory. He joined Çalık Group in 2015. He currently works as a Business Development Director at Gap Pazarlama A.Ş. He has been involved in Park tekstil ISO 9000 studies, TTK ISO 9001, 14001, Ohsas and 6 Sigma projects throughout his business life.
Born in Istanbul in 1973, married and father to two children, Oğuzhan Sinoğlu graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Finance Department in 1995. He started his career as Accounting Officer at Er Madencilik in 1995 and worked as Head of Accounting at Gap Türkmen between 1997 and 2003, Budget Finance Manager at Dinateks Tekstil between 2003 and 2006, Accounting Manager at Medicalpark Bahçelievler branch between 2006-2009, Accounting Manager at Varan Konaklama A.Ş. between 2009-2011, Accounting Manager at Medicalpark between 2011-2014, Vice General Manager at Gap Türkmen between 2014-2017. He continues to work for Gap Pazarlama A.Ş. as the Procurement Director since 1 August 2018.
Alparslan Dede, born in 1976 in Çorum, graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Mines, Department of Geophysical Engineering in 1990. Starting in 1998 to work at Çalık Holding Ortadoğu Tekstil as Planning and Quality Assurance Supervisor, Dede transferred to Sales and Marketing department in the same company in 2001 and continued to work as chief in 2002 and as Manager in the same department in 2007. He started with his team to work on building a new identity for the factory that produces TJK denim fabrics. Currently, TJK Denim has found itself a place in the market as a separate factory in Çalık group and its place in the market is acknowledged. In addition to this, he has successfully completed the ISO certification of the company with his colleagues throughout his career, and he established and maintained the planning department for the first time in the company. He is still working as Gap Pazarlama Fabric Sales Marketing Manager.
Born in 1978 in Istanbul, Engin Başer graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Textile Engineering Department in 2002. In 2012, he completed his MBA at Fatih University. In 2014, he studied Human Resources Management at Anadolu University (AOF). In 2002, he started his career as Yarn Sales Marketing MT at SIS Sayılgan Tekstil. In 2005, Başer continued as Yarn Sales and Marketing Specialist at Paktaş Tekstil; and joined Çalık Group in 2006 and worked as Yarn Marketing Specialist in Gap Güneydoğu Tekstil group. After that, he transferred to Gap Pazarlama A.Ş group and took over the role of Yarn Sales and Marketing Supervisor. He has been working as Yarn Sales Marketing Manager since 2012.
Murat Altay graduated from Çukurova University, Department of Industrial Engineering in 1999, and then worked as an expert in quality management systems at Lider Danışmanlık. After gaining valuable experience by working at a production line abroad as Apparel Planning Chief at Turkmenbashi Textile Complex of Çalık Group in Turkmenistan in 2002, Murat Altay has been serving as the manager of Knitted Apparel Sales & Marketing Department of GAP Pazarlama A.Ş since June 2004. He continues his master’s degree education in “Marketing” e-MBA program at Çukurova University and serves as the Management Representative of Gap Pazarlama A.Ş.
Being born in Istanbul in 1981, Anıl Gerçek graduated from Istanbul Kültür University English Management department in 2005. He started working at the Sales and Marketing Department of Çalık Holding Ortadoğu Tekstil in 2007. He joined Gap Pazarlama in 2009 and managed sales and marketing activities for a long term. He established “Denim Orient” concept with its team by supplying fabric from various countries across the world, particularly India and Pakistan in 2018. He continues to work for Tura Moda Mağazacılık ve Elektronik A.Ş. as Fabric Sales Manager.
In 2001, İbrahim Ethem Büyükpepe graduated from Boğaziçi University Chemistry Department. After his graduation he started to work for Gap Güneydoğu Tekstil Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş. as a Denim Finish Engineer. From 2003 until 2010 he continued his job as a product development engineer.Between 2010 and 2017 he worked at Çalık Denim A.Ş. as a R&D and P&D manager. In the same time he coordinated SANTEZ projects that run by Çalık Denim. In 2011 Ibrahim Ethem Büyükpepe completed his master degree in Inonu University in the Department of Business Administration. In 2017 he joined Gap Pazarlama as a P&D manager. Nowadays he has been studying PhD in Product Management and Marketing at İnönü University.
Born in 1971 in Istanbul, Nilgün Günay graduated from the Department of Economics of Anadolu University in 2013. In 1991, she started her career at Lebib Mısırlı San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti as an Accounting Expert. In 1995, she continued to work at Aco Tekstil San. ve Tic. AŞ as Accounting Supervisor. Günay joined Çalık Group in 1999, and first served as Gap Pazarlama Accounting Chief, and since 2016 she has been serving as Accounting Manager. She has taken part in the Bcs Consolidation project, Marketing business area detailing project, Bpc Consolidation, Bpc Budget project, IFRS projects.
Gökhan Arslan was born in Balıkesir in 1975 and graduated from Hacettepe University as a Survey and Cadaster Technician in 1996. He is currently continuing his final year education at Anadolu University (Open School) Business Administration. In 1993, he started his career at Bursa Tekser İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. as an Accounting Officer. He joined Çalık Group in 2002. In 2011, he transferred to Gap Pazarlama A.Ş group and continued as Human Resources Chief. He has been working as Human Resources Manager since 2013.
